- Develop corporate plans for a variety of HR matters such as compensation, benefits, etc.
- Oversee all HR initiatives, systems and tactics
- Serve as the point of contact for employment relations and communicate with labour unions
- Act to support the human factor in the company by devising strategies for performance evaluation, staffing, training and development etc.
- Monitor adherence to internal policies and legal standards
- Anticipate and resolve litigation risks
- Deal with grievances and violations invoking disciplinary action when required
- Report to senior management by analysing HR data
- Report to related national units or provincial departments if requested
- Update new laws, decrees and apply it promptly
- Supervise the work of HR personnel and provide guidance
- Review and propose new changes in the company’s internal policy, salary scale

- Có ít nhất 3 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí tương đương/ At least 3 year’ experience at the same position
- Giao tiếp tốt bằng tiếng Anh và tiếng Việt/ Good communication skills in both English and Vietnamese
- Kỹ năng giải quyết vấn đề/ Problem solving skill
